Support the VA Cemetery Memorial Project
The Veterans Memorial is intended to honor Wyoming’s native service members who died in combat (KIA or MIA) during military operations, beginning with the Spanish–American War and continuing through World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan. The total is more than 1,000, exact figures for each conflict are being collated at this time.
The Veterans Memorial represents a single, focused concept to honor Wyoming service members who made the ultimate sacrifice. To preserve its integrity and ensure coordinated planning, the memorial is a distinct initiative, with the ultimate objective to make it part of the existing National Cemetery.
